The AI front office, built inside your business

AI agents that do real jobs in your business. Built from the inside.

Most AI rollouts stall because nobody owned the setup, nobody trusted the data, and the AI never had a real job. We come into your business, learn how it actually runs, and build agents with a clear job, a memory of every call, email and meeting, and a person who approves their work. Then we stay until your team runs it without us.

The problem

You know AI belongs in the business. Here's why it hasn't happened yet.

Four things we hear from almost every owner.

"Every week there's a new tool. So we wait."

Thousands of vendors now sell something called an agent, and you can't tell which ones are real. So the decision slides to next quarter, and the business keeps running on what's in people's heads.

"We bought something. Nobody ever really used it."

It didn't know your customers. Nobody owned it. It never had a job. So the team went back to doing it by hand, and the tool sat there in the background.

"The important stuff lives in people's heads."

Who said what, what's next, why the deal stalled. It's in inboxes and memory. Your CRM is only as accurate as the last person who remembered to update it.

"Leads don't get lost. They get forgotten."

A form comes in. Someone reads it tomorrow. Nobody owns the next step, so there isn't one, and you find out on Monday.

Six out of ten leaders say their company has no plan for AI. Most AI projects that do start never spread past the pilot, and the pattern is the same every time: nobody owned the setup, nobody trusted the data, and the AI never had a real job. That's the part we do.Microsoft and LinkedIn, 31,000 people, 2024 · MIT, 300 company AI projects, 2025

Who we are

We've done the jobs we automate.

Most AI vendors have never worked a lead list, run a sales team or sat through a Monday meeting. We have, and we spent thirteen years inside HubSpot building the systems companies run on.

Technical lead

Eight and a half years at HubSpot. Owns the build, the integrations and the rules the agents run under.

An agent sees only what its owner sees.
It suggests before it acts, until your team says it's earned it.
Every note, update and draft links back to the call or email it came from.
How it works

We learn your business before we change it.

Nobody can tell you what to automate from a demo. We find out by doing the work with your team.

Step 1

The Deep Dive

We embed with your team and learn how the business actually runs, not just the part you think needs AI. We sit in on the calls, do the job ourselves where that's the only way to understand it, and review every tool you already pay for. You come out with one map of how work moves through your company and the first jobs to hand to an agent, in order.

That map is yours whether or not we go further.

Step 2

The Build

One job at a time. Each agent gets a name, a clear job and a person who approves its work. It runs on a shared memory of every call, email and meeting, connected to the tools you already use. Privacy is set before anything connects, and you own the workspace and everything in it.

Step 3

The Run

We stay. We watch what the agents do, fix what breaks, train your team to correct them without us, and report what changed in plain language. When it runs without us, keep us on or run it yourself.

One price for all three steps. Quoted after the first call.

Our work

Work we've done inside other people's companies.

Names stay private. The work doesn't.

Healthcare staffing

More demand than the team could fill

We took a recruiter's seat before building anything. Mapped first lead to first shift, built the daily call lists and call capture with their developer, cut onboarding to what the state actually requires, and launched a campaign that feeds it.

Target: one recruiter doing the work of five.

Contractor, four states

Leads arriving by email, nobody owning them

Built routing across about 65,000 contacts so every lead lands with the rep who owns the territory, designed automated intake, and wrote a field guide the veteran reps actually use.

Target: every lead reaches the right rep without a forward.
